Privacy for this launch site

Formeez is operated by Ray Gross. Contact: formeezcs@gmail.com.

This notice covers the Formeez information site, free review drafts, sandbox tests and customer checkout when enabled.

What you choose to share

The signup form stores your email address, optional form request, the time you submit, and a record of your consent. Please do not submit applicant information, Social Security numbers, medical details, or documents.

How it is used

Your email is collected for Formeez launch communication. Optional requests help prioritize future supported forms. The launch signup does not create applicant profiles. Optional sandbox checkout uses fake funds, as described below.

Private refund draft workspace

The refund draft workspace keeps typed answers, including identifiers, in the open page's memory. Answers are used in your browser to fill a review draft. The free draft does not upload answers. The optional form-specific sandbox delivery sends reviewed answers securely to the server after a confirmation. Before creating the form-specific checkout, the server also receives the reviewed answers to produce a protected, order-specific fingerprint. This fingerprint is stored with the test order to ensure delivery uses the purchased answers; the answers themselves are not stored. The Formeez application uses those answers in memory to prepare the PDF and does not save or log them, include them in payment records, save them to an account, or save them in browser storage. Payment records contain a form identifier and protected fingerprint rather than applicant answers. Use made-up data for payment testing. Closing or refreshing the page clears its progress. Downloaded PDFs contain your answers and remain on your device until you delete them. The free review draft is separate from the paid completed PDF.

Customer checkout and downloads

When customer checkout is enabled, reviewed answers are sent securely for a PDF fit check before payment and for completed PDF generation after payment. The application processes these answers in memory and does not save or log them. Customer purchase records store a product identifier, protected answer fingerprint, purchase references, PayPal order and capture references, status, capture time and your site user identifier or a hashed guest-session identifier. Refund records store references, status and timestamps. Formeez does not store PayPal passwords or card details. PayPal handles checkout under its own policies.

The browser saves a list of purchase references so you can select an earlier purchase. These references contain no applicant answers and do not grant download access by themselves. A Secure, HttpOnly guest cookie links the browser to its purchases. Clearing browser storage or changing browsers can prevent automatic guest recovery. Re-download requires the same original answers; the application does not save them for recovery.

Repeat download expires 30 days from the original PayPal capture time. A downloaded PDF remains on your device. Payment and refund records remain for support and accounting review; the 30-day download window and 12-month signup cleanup do not delete those records. A request to delete payment records requires a separate ownership and retention review.

Optional payment testing

The sandbox checkout uses fake PayPal buyer accounts and fake funds. It stores test order references, capture references, refund references, payment and refund status, timestamps and your signed-in site user identifier, with a temporary browser cookie linking your test session. Your sign-in lets you recover a completed test purchase after that cookie expires. It does not activate paid form completion or store PayPal passwords or card details.

Guest form checkout

The form-specific sandbox supports a guest browser session without an application account. A Secure, HttpOnly cookie identifies that session, and the database stores a hashed guest identifier rather than the cookie token. Guest access depends on keeping that cookie in the same browser; clearing it or changing browsers loses automatic purchase recovery. The private site gate still requires owner sign-in while testing.

Retention and providers

Closing or refreshing a draft page clears its in-memory answers. A saved download remains on your device until you delete it. The fixed-sample checkout test expires after 24 hours. The form-specific test allows repeat delivery of the same purchased answers for 30 days after verified capture. Its guest cookie also lasts up to 30 days. Neither expiry deletes payment or refund records. Launch signup entries are removed after 12 months by a daily automatic cleanup check. You can request earlier removal. Test payment and refund records are excluded from this cleanup and remain until separately reviewed and removed.

ChatGPT provides sign-in, Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, and PayPal processes sandbox and, when enabled, customer transactions. These providers may process service, account and technical information under their own policies. The statement that Formeez application code does not save or log draft answers is not a claim about independent provider handling.

Your choices

You can use the free review draft without sending applicant answers for paid processing. You can read the information site without joining the launch list. The private site gate requires owner sign-in during development.

Contact and deletion requests

Verified launch-signup removal requests can be handled using an operator-only tool that previews matching signup entries before removal. This tool does not remove payment, refund or provider records. Requests concerning those records need a separate review.

Email formeezcs@gmail.com for privacy questions or to request deletion of information collected by this launch site. Use the email address you used to sign up when possible; we may need to verify that the information belongs to you.

Do not email Social Security numbers, passwords, medical details, or completed forms. Start with a brief description of your request.
