Formeez service terms

What is available now

The supported customer service is the Kansas Driver Services refund request PDF. Other forms and features are available only when expressly offered. Free review drafts and sandbox tests are separate from a customer purchase.

Confirmed consumer launch price

The consumer launch fee is $5 USD per completed supported form, with no subscription required. Separate forms are separate purchases. This pays for completion assistance; government forms may be free and any agency fee is separate. See Pricing for the offer and current availability.

Customer purchase and delivery

The $5 purchase is for one completed PDF using your reviewed answers. Review the free draft first. Payment is verified by the server before delivery. The completed PDF is available for repeat download for 30 days from PayPal’s original capture time; repeated downloads do not extend this window. Editing answers does not change the purchased form. Separate forms require separate purchases.

Your answers are not saved for recovery. Keep the form tab open through checkout and save the downloaded PDF. If you close the page, repeat delivery requires re-entering the same answers and selecting its purchase reference. Guest recovery requires the same browser cookie; purchase references alone do not grant access. Clearing browser storage or changing browsers may require support. Keep the purchase reference and do not pay again to resolve uncertain payment or delivery.

Customer refunds

If PDF generation fails after verified payment, Formeez requests a $5 purchase refund. Other requests are reviewed through formeezcs@gmail.com. Pending or unverified status does not mean PayPal has completed a refund. A refund request disables downloads for that purchase. Network interruptions or trouble saving a generated file may require another download attempt or support review. A Formeez purchase refund is separate from the government refund requested on your form.

Sandbox purchases and refunds

Payment tests use PayPal sandbox accounts and fake funds. They do not purchase a real service, activate a subscription or create an agency-ready document. Test PDFs are marked not valid for submission.

A test purchase must be verified by the server before its protected download is available. The fixed-sample test allows 24-hour purchase recovery. The form-specific test allows repeat delivery of the same purchased answers for 30 days after verified capture. Guest recovery requires the same browser cookie; lost cookies or answers may require support. A refund request disables the associated protected download. Pending or unverified refund status does not mean the refund is completed.

For a form-specific test, PDF-generation failure requests a sandbox refund. Network interruptions or difficulty saving a generated file may require retrying delivery or contacting support. Do not pay again to resolve an unverified purchase or download.

Your answers and review

Use made-up data for sandbox testing. Use your accurate information for a customer purchase. Review and confirm consequential answers before preparing a form. Editing answers requires a new review. The supporting-document checklist records your understanding; it does not verify that a receipt or W-9 is present, completed or correct.

Formeez does not sign, certify, attest or submit forms. Do not send a marked draft or demonstration PDF to an agency. Agency-only fields belong to the agency.

Government forms and professional advice

Government forms may be free. The Formeez fee is for completion assistance; official government fees are separate. Formeez does not decide eligibility or guarantee agency acceptance, approval or a refund from a government agency. It does not provide legal, medical, tax or benefits advice, and claims no agency affiliation or endorsement.

Requests and planned features

A form request does not guarantee support or a release date. Professional workspaces, subscriptions, helper workflows, saved profiles and language options remain planned. These planned features are not included in the $5 single-form purchase.

Support and privacy

Email formeezcs@gmail.com with a brief description and purchase reference if available. Do not email Social Security numbers, passwords, medical details or completed forms. We may need to verify ownership before discussing or deleting records.
